My name is Phoutthanousone MEUSNSITTHIDA.
I am from Laos.
I am working in the Rural Coordination Division, Department of Planning. I am a
head of the Rural Development Studying Sector.
I have graduated with a Bachelor of Ard, majored in English.
I have
