Democratic
Republic of Congo (DRC)
has been independent since June 30, 1960.
It is located in Central Africa, straddling
the equator and is the second largest
country in Africa (2.345.000km2) after Algeria. Congo has eleven
provinces, and shares its borders with nine countries:
- In the North :
the Central African Republic and Sudan;
- In the East : Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania;
- In the South : Angola and Zambia;
- In the West : Republic of Congo and the enclave of Cabinda (Angola).

- In the West : Republic of Congo and the enclave of Cabinda (Angola).
Alain has obtained his Bachelor
in Economic Sciences and Bachelor in Education (aggregation) at the
Protestant University of Congo
in 2007. He
is
very loyal to those friends and asks them the same loyalty.
Those who know him like his great loyalty
in friendship. He is a member of the Office of Excellency
Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to the Central Government in
DRC. As such, he attended
different short courses: in “Financial Management and Procurement under the
procedures of the International Fund for Agricultural Development” 2012(Cameroun),
in “Agricultural Policy” 2011(Brazil), Role of Microfinance in Development”
2010 (Egypt) etc.
Currently, he participates in the Master's Program in
Agriculture and Rural Development, one of the KOICA training programs established under the
Technical Cooperation Program of the
Government of the Republic of Korea
and Developing Countries.
He hopes that his program will help him to improve knowledge in the field and to cover his field of interest, as well as to deepen mutual understanding, not only among program participants, but also between the two countries.
